Return Policy

We cannot accept any item for return that bears any indication that it was worn, washed, or altered. Nor can we accept the return of the Made to Order SwapOut Hoodie.
Merchandise marked “final sale” is not returnable.
Merchandise received as a gift is returnable for credit of equal value at jermikko.com.
Return shipping is not free of charge for domestic orders in the contiguous United States. We ship with UPS Ground or USPS.
JERMIKKO reserves the right to refuse returned goods.
All return shipments must be postmarked within 5 days from the time you received your order.
Returned items must include all original tags and packaging, no exceptions.
Full-price merchandise is returnable for a full refund on your credit card, provided it is NOT a Made to Order Hoodie, Coat or Jacket.
Sale merchandise is returnable for credit of equal value at jermikko.com.
Gift cards to jermikko.com are not returnable.

Your return shipment MUST include - Customers in the United States
The unwashed, unworn item(s) with original tags still attached.
Your completed Return Order Form with our return authorization number included in the original shipment alone with the reason for the return.
Fill out your Return Order Form as completely as possible to expedite your return.
Send email to info@jermikko.com  to request a return authorization number and UPS shipping label.
All shipments will be conducted via UPS.

For Alaska, Hawaii, or international customers:
Your return authorization number will be sent via email submitted associated with your account.
All return shipments must be postmarked within 5 days.
For full-price merchandise, your credit card will be refunded at the item’s full amount. For sale merchandise, we will issue you merchandise credit to jermikko.com. Merchandise marked “final sale” is not returnable. Merchandise received as a gift can be returned for factory credit.
Please allow 14 days to process your request and refund your credit card, if applicable. Please be aware that most banks require additional business days to post the refund to your account.
JERMIKKO is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit.

EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer straight exchanges. In the event that you’d like to exchange your purchase for another JERMIKKO design, please follow the above steps to return the relevant item(s), and purchase the new item(s) you’d like directly from jermikko.com. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee price adjustments or the availability of items in sizes and colors and we can not accept returns on Made to Order Items, Ie. Hoodie, Coats and Jackets.
